665585 - School of Education, Health and Human Behavior

The School of Education, Health & Human Behavior is accepting applications for the position of Researcher for The Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity Initiative. Responsibilities require program coordinator and data management. This position Oversees collection, research, analysis and reporting of enrollment and retention data. The Researcher identifies data trends and generates reports for program faculty members and advisors to determine progress of enrollees towards matriculation, degree, and licensure attainment. Furthermore, the successful candidate will meet regularly with the Assistant Dean, Consortium team contact, program faculty and instiutuional team to gather information about program needs. Additionally, this position is responsible for identifying additional local organizations, agencies and districts to meet with and partner, assisting with initial engagement with potential partners, and distributing information to these partners. This position will also support recruitment efforts by coordinating events with office support specialist, attending and presenting with institutional team at on and off campus events. The Researcher will oversee program expenditures and work with office support specialist to ensure purchases are finalized. Further duties and responsibilities will be added based on the needs of the department.
