The School of Pharmacy is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Office Manager. This position is the first point of contact and primary ongoing communication for students and external preceptors for the Office of Experiential Education (OEE). This individual manages the administrative needs of the pre-experiential process and pre-rotation process on behalf of Clinical Pharmacy Faculty, ensures student documentation meets program requirements and coordinates with external partners regarding compliance with affiliation agreement language. The qualified candidate manages, reviews, and maintains confidential and sensitive information regarding student eligibility, anticipates and responds to detailed administrative support needs of office. The Office Manager serves as primary point of contact for pre-experiential processes such as background screening logistics and collection, immunization documentation, and training logistics. Additionally, the qualified candidate oversees the experiential education database. Serves as liaison between preceptors to arrange logistics, availability, and review for appropriate classification as well as audits student schedules, compares schedules to accreditation requirements and School of Pharmacy policies and determines appropriate placements options and coordinates with preceptors and external sites for change approval. Further duties will be added based on the needs of the department.
